We have latest state of the Art equipment’s and machinery ,our process is to collect post- consumer and post -industrial plastic waste and covert them into high quality recycled granules ,comparable in quality and performance to virgin plastic by removing all kind of impurities and contaminations using environment friendly additives. We integrate thousands of informal rag pickers and informal waste supplier into supply chain system and also helps cities manage their waste more effectively.

The process consists of 6 main stages :

• Receipt of waste at our plant
• Testing of incoming waste in the laboratory.
• Washing, segregation, and agglomeration of the waste
• Extrusion
• Laboratory testing for quality and grade confirmation
